MEET THE COACH
OHANA PERFORMANCE INSTITUTE approaches the bodies of it's clients or athletes in their entirety to restore the ideal balance within the range. Driving for the ideal is not only what we do, but we focus on what works best for each client or player individually. We therefore starts from an in depth analysis of the client or player to uncover the movement deficiencies and weaknesses in the kinetic chain. The player or client receives a training program, considering all possible perspectives: the kinetic range, the different muscle chains, stability, mobility, strength, and other performance parameters. We also excel in combining different training methodologies and puts our own accent on preparing our athletes in the most optimal way of competing. We work with similar attitude and mentality of a professional athlete. Perfection is not enough; we wants to do more and to do it better. O.P.I has the ability to get the most out of the body. Through good planning and evidence based training we optimizes the body’s ability to recuperate, which prevents injuries and boosts performance.
