THE VAULT · MEMBERS ONLY
Master your biology.
Two decades of documented research, biomechanics breakdowns, and protocols — the knowledge behind the results, in one private library.
WHY THE VAULT EXISTS
Anyone can ask AI a question. What a model can't give you is two decades of original, documented research — five to thirty peer-reviewed papers read every month for twenty years, put into practice on the floor, tested client by client, and written down until it became what actually works on a real human body.
That existed long before AI. The models only help me organise and extend it — the knowledge is mine: read, applied, and proven over twenty years. That's what's in the Vault: my research, my biomechanics breakdowns, my protocols — not a chatbot summary.
