The scan itself takes 1–2 minutes; your 15-minute appointment includes a review of your key results together, with full results in the InBody app. 🔹 HOW TO PREPARE — for accurate results: ✓ Do not eat for at least 3 hours before the test ✓ Do not drink anything (especially caffeine) 45 minutes before ✓ Avoid applying lotion on your hands and feet ✓ Do not exercise before the test on the same day ✓ Avoid alcohol at least 24 hours before the test ✓ Wear lightweight clothing — you will be barefoot on the platform ✓ Download the InBody app and register before you arrive. IMPORTANT! When entering your phone number, type 0047 followed by your number (do not use +47) — using +47 causes errors. ⏱ ARRIVAL: Please arrive on time — your slot is 15 minutes, and late arrival may mean the scan cannot be completed. 📋 CANCELLATION: Rescheduling or cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
