Mechano growth factor is sold online as a peptide that switches on muscle growth the way loaded training does. The name comes from real biology: it is a splice variant of the IGF-1 gene that skeletal muscle produces after mechanical stress. Whether injecting a synthetic fragment of it does anything useful in a person is a different question, and the answer is that no one has tested it.
