Stand someone side-on and the pelvis either tips forward, sits neutral or tucks under. The tucked version, posterior pelvic tilt with a flattened lumbar curve, is commonly attributed to short hamstrings and abdominals with weak hip flexors and back extensors. It is worth knowing how well that can be measured and how much it predicts.
