Nobody is symmetrical. One leg jumps higher, one arm presses more, and one shoulder sits lower than the other, and every lifter who has noticed it has asked the same two questions: does it matter, and should training try to fix it? The folklore says an asymmetry over 10 or 15 percent is a problem. The pooled evidence says something more precise and less alarming.
