Can a load-velocity profile tell you how recovered you are? Bar velocity fell with fatigue, but velocity-based 1RM predictions were not accurate enough for daily loading

If you train with a velocity tracker, your warm-up sets already contain a lot of information. In theory, if the bar moves slower than usual at a familiar load, you are carrying fatigue, and the load-velocity relationship from those warm-ups could estimate your 1RM for the day and tell you how hard to push. That would make velocity a built-in recovery check with no extra testing. The question is how accurate it is when someone is genuinely fatigued, and which loads give the clearest signal.
